How can I place an order on the website?

There are many ways for you to place an order 1. Place an order on the website
a. Choose the product you wish to purchase.
b. Add the chosen product to your cart.
c. Click on "Check Out" to proceed with the order.
d. Enter your personal details and re-check your order.
e. Once all your details are filled correctly, click on "Continue" to proceed to payment details.
f. Choose your desired payment mode and click on "Continue To Payment".
g. If you choose to pay online, fill your payment details and click on "Complete Order."

What is your return policy?

SS98 KOTE can accept any return only if the product is damaged, wrongly delivered, or is defective. In such cases, the product should be in an unused and undamaged condition. The product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice as well. Other than that, we follow a no-return policy for all our products once they are delivered.

What are the various Payment options available?

We use 100% secure payment gateway service through Cashfree where you have multiple safe payment options like Paytm, Debit or Credit cards, Paypal, Netbanking or Wallet money.

How Can I Change My Address?

The address is only changeable under certain scenarios. You can email your updated address at ss98kote@gmail.com. All orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 working hours. NOTE- The address can only be changed before dispatch.

What Is Order ID?

Order ID is the unique order number that gets generated when you place an order on our website.

How will the refund be given?

The amount to be refunded will be transfered to the same payment mode through which the payment had been made by the customer. It takes 5-7 business days to the refund to reflect in the customer's account as per the bank policy.

How to cancel my order?

You can mail our customer support team at ss98kote@gmai.com or can log in to your SS98 KOTE account and cancel the order. The order cannot be cancelled, once dispatched which happens within 48-72 hours of order placement.

How much time does my order take to be delivered ?

Once placed, it takes 5-7 working days for order delivery.

What Ingredients do you use?

SS98 KOTE uses a plathora of natural ingredients and herbs into making it's products. Since the products are concern specific their ingredients differ depending on the concern they target and what works best in that area. However, certain ingredients like Aloe-vera, Turmaric, Sandalwood, Mint, Tulsi, Orchid extracts, Oils form different sources, etc are largely present in majority of our products.

Do I have to create an account before placing an order?

What if any item is out of stock?

SS98 KOTE always tries to update the product inventory before an item going out of stock and leaves minimum room for the product to go out of stock. If your desired product is out of stock, kindly check in a few days or mail our customer support team at ss98kote@gmail.com for an update.

Is the COD option available to all locations in India?

No. Presently we do not have the option of COD. However, rest assured, it will be made available soon.

How does the delivery process work?

The products are dispatched within 48-72 hours of an order being placed and the order will be delivered within 5-7 working days

You can track your order by logging into your SS98 KOTE account using your unique order/tracking ID. 

How are the items packaged at Bella Vita Organic?

SS98 KOTE puts in the best possible efforts to ensure the smooth delivery of products in the most sustainable way. We use Bubble Wraps and Cardboards for packing all our products which is ensuring the safety of our glass bottles. 

Can I order sample products first?

Unfortunately, we do not provide a sample of our products.

Do you test these products on animals?

No, none of our products are tested on animals. As a brand, we have shown constant trust in the chastity of nature's creations, that is why all our products are 100% cruelty-free.

Where are SS98 KOTE products made?

All our products are purely Made in India and manufactured in factories situated in Greater Noida, UP.

Is there any age limit to use your products?

No.  They are suitable for people of all age. However, an adult supervision is warranted, if the user tends to be a minor or an elderly.
